Radio and TV Academy Uganda Awards 2012 - Nominations Announced.

The Radio and TV Academy is a private limited company incorporated in Uganda in 2010. With its mission of organizing the first ever Radio and Television personalities' awards in Uganda and honoring the contribution of personalities and companies in the development of the Radio and Television industry in Uganda, RTV awards seem to answer questions that we for long asked. Questions of who’s the best News anchor, who’s the best TV Presenter.

The Nominations evening for the Radio and Television personalities Awards which took place on 18/10/2010 at Hotel Africana Poolside saw the best of the best locked in deadlock competition. With Keynote speeches from Bank of Uganda, Uganda Communications commission and Vision Media group, the awards surely have a taste of class to them. Such class can only be out-competed by Crest Awards hosted by Edwin Musiime.
