Following a lot of controversies and rumor about the highly anticipated 2nd battle of champions that will feature Gagamel president Bebe Cool and Ghetto republic president Bobi Wine, today, Bebe Cool cleared the air and confirmed that he will be part of the shows that will take place between 4th – 6th May 2012.
With venues not yet confirmed, Bebe Cool said he agreed to be part of the show after coming to harmony with the event promoter and organizer, KT promotions boss Musa Kavuma.
Earlier, Bobi Wine had denied any arrangement to perform at the event, and went ahead to put up conditions to be paid 85% of the event gate collection if he has to perform on the same stage with Bebe Cool.
Contrary to Bobi Wine’s stand, reliable sources say that Bobi Wine also came to an agreement with the event organizers and signed contract to perform for all shows.
This will be the second event of the kind, the first featured Bobi Wine and Jose Chameleone in 2011.
Much as the two artists (Bobi Wine and Bebe Cool), were once in the same crew ‘Firebase’ It should be noted that for a number of years now, they have not been in good working terms. In fact, for many times each one has publically confessed his hate for the other party.
