Lil Kim Says She’s Nearly Finished Fifth Studio Album.

Lil Kim is apparently nearly finished her fifth studio album and she’s been focused on making time to hit the studio in order to finish up the project. Her studio schedule did result in some confusion, and Kim explained that working on her record forced her to miss an appearance that was outside of her plans.

Lil Kim hit up Twitter to reveal that she was finishing up her album writing, “Due to shed. conflicts I will not be attending Providence Night Club tonight, Jan 25th. I will be in the studio finishing up my new album!!”

Kim added that she wasn’t ditching fans at Providence Night Club, and explained that she wasn’t scheduled for the performance. “Just to clarify I was never scheduled to be at Providence Night Club. The promoter, Nate D. falsely advertised me being there,” Kim said.

Lil Kim hasn’t put out a full length project since 2005’s ‘The Naked Truth,’ although she did drop the ‘Black Friday’ mixtape back in 2011 which contained shots directed at Nicki Minaj. (theversed.com)
