I am sure most of you out there have been following Jose Chameleone for more than a decade now and have millions of reasons to support him. Even a Chameleone fan of 2 years might have as many reasons, but I am not talking about the Musical Journey that brought this music doctor to fame.
But what does Dr. Jose Cham000, 000 got for the music and showbiz industry in 2012?
These are my FOUR Reasons why Jose. C will dominate this Year.
1. Valu Valu song and video
Since the song was released, it has not only caused debates among music critics and industry observers, ranging from its originality , meaning and genre which is the easiest to argue about , since any armature in the industry can identify the song as Zouk. Valu Valu single has made appearances on all Radio Charts in the Country since its release to date.
The Video: Chameleone shot in a wonderful world away from Uganda. Amazingly looking and happily advising people to stop being so anxious about money and life.
Valu Valu video showcases one (1) nice looking girl with 3 roommates (girl friends), rushing to pay a visit to one of her lovers and she is urgently called by the friends to go and meet her other daddy! Seems like she is their money maker and has got to serve all master at the same time, (Valu Valu). This theme relates to many things we do in life. In Luganda Valu Valu means ‘Waasi Waasi’ and ‘anxiety’ in English.
Valu Valu audio was done by Producer Paddy Man at Audio One studios and the video was done by Badi Films. Will Valu Valu video top TV Charts in the Country..?? That’s not my Question to answer.
2. Valu Valu Concert
March 2nd 2012 is the confirmed date for Jose Chameleone’s 2012 Valu Valu concert. With the venue not yet confirmed, Chameleone will most probably stage Valu Valu concert at KCC grounds in Lugogo. Those of you who attended Mukisa Gwo last year, will have something better to enjoy at Valu Valu concert and those who missed, you can’t miss watching the Leone island empire president performing all his favorite songs live at Valu Valu concert.
3. Chameleone Mobile Phone
Taking showbiz to the next level, Jose Chameleone will be the first Ugandan Musician to be launching customized mobile phones branded Jose Chameleone. Speaking to him after the official release on Valu Valu video, Jose Chameleone confirmed that he got in agreement with one Telecom Company to develop Chameleone mobile phones that will be out for sale and give away to Leone island empire diehards, fans and haters if they wish so.
With this move, he has reminded me of P. Diddy, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent and JAY-Z who are big time Artistes and Business Men.
4. Daniela and Chameleone Will receive another baby very soon
Lastly but not least, Chameleone gets more attached every passing year as far as social, business and family matters are considered.
Last year, he started Chameleone Foundation and this year he will father another child into this Banana Republic. Daniela Atim, Chameleone’s wife is expecting and will be giving birth soon to their third child. Fans should get ready to celebrate the good news with one of East Africa’s most celebrated artists ‘Jose Chameleone’.
Despite all the fights with his Wife last year during ISLAM Saga, this clearly shows that LOVE TRUMPS HATE.
