City socialite Bad black has been handed 4 years in the coolers and her counterpart and ex lover Meddie Sentongo has been handed 1 year and a half (18 Months) in Luzira.
High court judge Justice Bagemereire read out the sentence early today at the anti corruption court. Black was charged with fraud of over 3.9 million dollars from the account of Daveshan enterprises a company David Greenhalgh owned with Bad black.
David Greenhalgh met with Bad black around 2009 as she did prostitution along Speke road. Black is supposed to refund all the money she took from the account after serving her term in Luzira while Meddie has an option of either paying money worth 500m or go to jail for the afore mentioned years.
We are yet to establish whether Black and Meddie will appeal over the judgment and sentence. Many Ugandans are angry that an innocent gal like Bad black is being sentenced for over 4 years yet recently the President came out to ask NRM Parliamentarians to forgive three former ministers that were caught in the ID scandal that lost over 200bn shillings.
