The Game and Stat Quo Launch New Record Label Titled ‘Rolex Records’.

West Coast rapper Game announces that he has teamed up with Stat Quo for their new record label ‘Rolex Records.’

With his “Jesus Piece” album set to release in just about a week, The Game will be free from his contract with Interscope Records. After expressing that he may go independent, the former G-Unit affiliate has now announced that he has started his own record label.

“I just started a new record label, Rolex Records, and we’re going to get off the ground and see if we can move,” Game told Billboard.

Game isn’t going into business alone either. The Compton native has recruited none other than Stat Quo as his business partner at the new record label.

“He was signed to Aftermath with me in the beginning. Now we’re business partners, which is cool because he was a good friend of mine and he’s just as equally music smart so we’ll see how it goes.”

Game added that although the business venture is new, they had already set up shop about a month ago, and are ready to take things to the next level with Rolex Records.

“We’ve been up and running for about thirty days,” Game revealed, also adding that the two rappers have big plans for the project. “We’re gonna do it big though.” (theversed.com)
