KCCA: Tugambire Jennifer by Bobi Wine to be reviewed.

Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA)’s legal team has received Bobi Wine’s latest song Tugambire Jennifer and is set to review the message it carries to establish whether there is need to take any action or not, Peter Kaujju, the KCCA spokesperson has told HiPipo.com.

In an interview today, Mr Kaujju said that the song has just been released and they will wait to hear from the legal team to know whether there is need to take any action on both the song and the musician.

"Uganda is a free country in which everyone has the right to express what is on his or her mind. But again no one should infringe on the rights of others in the course of exercising his or her rights," Kaujju added.

According to Kaujju, if the legal team discovers that the song infringes on the rights of the executive director Ms Jennifer Musisi, then legal action will be taken.

Yesterday, the Ghetto Gladiator Bobi Wine said that Tugambire Jennifer is not an attack on the KCCA boss but an expression of what is on the minds of the Ghetto people but.

“This is no verbal attack or disrespect to the boss woman but am expressing what is exactly on the ghetto people's minds,” Bobi Wine posted on Facebook.

He added: “That is if the statement Kampala City Yange applies to us as well.”

Tugambire Jennifer is already getting massive circulation across different media. In the song, the Ghetto President asks the city authorities to be lenient and compassionate as they conduct their duties.(Hipipo.com/)
