After posting on her facebook timeline that she had been paid with fake dollars by a Ugandan music promoter in India-a one Idd Kibirige, it seems the battle is not yet over.
The Music promoter has accused Cindy of tarnishing his name, massive blackmail and libel. Kibirige has also gone ahead to make a statement with the Uganda police and also sued Cindy in the high court.
If Cindy loses the court case, she will have to pay over 80 million in charges , failure to do so will result in her serving a 2 year prison sentence.
Kibirige claims it is Cindy that tried to con him after conniving with an Indian. Kibirige also claims that Cindy tried to ask him to have sex with her which he refused and Cindy decided to resort to blackmail.
Cindy has not yet Responded to these Accusations.
