Groove Awards 2012 grand finale event was held yesterday Saturday 28th April and Uganda was represented by gospel artists namely Exodus, Kingsley and Philla, Coopy Bly, Holy Keane Amooti, Marc Elvis and S4j.
By the end of the ceremony , Uganda’s own Exodus had 3 accolades in hand, these were Best Artist of The year (Uganda), Ragga/Reggae (I’M Walking with Alemba) And Video Of The Year ( I’M Walking).
Exodus posted on his Facebook wall “HOW CAN I THANK GOD FOR ALL HE HAS DONE FOR ME!! SOMETIMES I GET LOST OF WORDS...... WE HAVE JUST WON THREE AWARDS IN THE GROOVE AWARDS 2012. Groove Awards 2012 were broadcast live on KTN, they were held at Nairobi Baptist - Ngong Road. The event hosts were Uche from Nigeria and Kambua.
